Shipping policy

I do my best to have items shipped out the following business day, however, if I need to locate additional shipping supplies, it may take up to 2 business days to ship the order.

Please make sure your shipping address includes your full name, and complete address, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, claims can be filed directly with UPS or USPS. Any additional shipping costs for returned or undelivered packages are the buyer's responsibility.
